SUMMARY:COLLECTIVE GRIEF AND RAGE RITUALS WORKSHOP
DESCRIPTION:This workshop is held once a week for four consecutive weeks (March 9\, 16\, 23\, and 30 from 1:00-2:30pm PST). Throughout\, I’ll talk about what it means to hold these big emotions and metabolize them in community\, how to support your nervous system so you can do this work\, finding where grief and rage live in your body\, and lead you through the practice of witnessing and showing up for each other. \nI will assign ‘homework’ every week and participants share a private Facebook group where they can practice and debrief together. As we unearth the patterns and the things we internalized about when and where it’s acceptable to feel and express these feelings\, we can begin to shift the way we approach them to better serve ourselves and others. \nThe goal isn’t to relive our traumas but to learn about all the ways the old patterns of relating are costing us relationship and healing.
