This really helped me to understand better how to Deal with the Anxiety levels both of my Special Needs Grandchildren I'm raising have constantly. Instinctively I did suspect some of what was written, but deeper understanding is always Helpful so that my reaction as the responsible Adult, is more Helpful. Of coarse not all Educators are Educated on such things and alas, I'm finding as my Grandson matures, the High School Years thus turn out to be some of the absolute worst. Another Meeting at his Alternative High School Tomorrow to discuss the Alternative to the Alternative… le sigh.
