Trick Memories

Thanks for visiting my site. I’m driven by the exploration of human connection and how we can better reconnect to ourselves, our families, and our communities. Aside from my books, I hope you’ll check out my blog, and some of my other writing to find more perspectives and tools.

Well… well… gulp. You leave me in a puddle of quiet, happy tears. Way to reframe your Wyoming experience, savor the good bits, and share the result so eloquently. Thank you, oh wise and lovable one. I am hugging you right now. Love, S
You've come back with some luminous prose percolating in your head, and now we've been graced with it here.
Welcome home!
I loved reading this part:
"I remember the freedom of getting to reinvent myself in the sixth grade. […]I was free to be whomever I chose – not tethered by my past and the people who had known me since Kindergarten". It is so liberating, isn't it? Can you imagine if everyone had a chance to reinvent themselves? Actually, we all do!!!
How wonderful you dug such good memories from your past that had been forgotten. I savored them by reading your descriptions; thanks for sharing!
Wonderful memories!
Beautiful writing.
I love Jackson Hole, have been there a few times
You've made me want to try two things by reading this post: 1) paragliding and 2) revisit Prineville, OR where I moved briefly, for much the same reason, at nearly the same age, with most of the same distaste
Thank you.
